These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ResellSpot website, customer accounts, digital products, My Purchases, supplier/source information, guides, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing the Services or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services or make a purchase.
General Conditions

Digital Products
All products sold directly by ResellSpot are digital products.
When purchasing a product from ResellSpot, you are purchasing supplier/source access information and related digital ordering resources.
You are not purchasing the physical item displayed in the product photographs.
The physical products displayed on our website are used to identify the type of product associated with the supplier/source information being offered.
My Purchases
After successful payment, eligible purchases are automatically associated with your ResellSpot account and made available through:
You should access My Purchases using the same email address used during checkout.
Your purchase may include:
- Supplier/source information associated with the product
- Relevant product information
- Ordering instructions
- Access to the ResellSpot Master Guide
- Updated or replacement source information when available
Your purchase is intended to provide ongoing access to the digital product through My Purchases while the relevant ResellSpot service remains available and subject to these Terms.
If a supplier/source link changes, becomes unavailable or needs to be replaced, ResellSpot may update the information shown within My Purchases without requiring you to purchase the same digital product again.
Supplier and Source Information
ResellSpot provides information that may connect customers with independent third-party suppliers, marketplaces, purchasing agents or other external services.
ResellSpot does not control third-party suppliers.
Supplier prices, stock, availability, minimum order quantities, shipping costs, delivery times, product specifications and other conditions may change without notice.
Although we aim to maintain useful and up-to-date source information, we cannot guarantee that any particular third-party product will remain continuously available.
If a source becomes unavailable, we may attempt to update the source, provide an alternative source or otherwise assist you.
Third-Party Transactions
Any purchase you choose to make from a supplier, marketplace, purchasing agent or other third party is separate from your purchase with ResellSpot.
ResellSpot is not the seller of the physical product and does not process or control the third-party transaction.
Payment for physical products, shipping, customs charges, taxes and other third-party costs are handled directly by the applicable supplier, marketplace or purchasing agent.
Before entering into a third-party transaction, you are responsible for reviewing that third party's terms, refund policy, buyer-protection policy and other applicable conditions.
You are also responsible for ensuring that any products you independently purchase, import, resell or otherwise use comply with the laws and regulations applicable to you.
Product Availability and Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep supplier/source information useful and current.
However, we do not guarantee:
- Continuous product availability
- Third-party supplier prices
- Product quality or specifications
- Shipping prices
- Delivery times
- Third-party customer service
- Supplier or purchasing-agent refund decisions
Information provided by third parties may change independently of ResellSpot.
If you identify an unavailable or incorrect source, you can use the Report Issue option available through your purchase page.
Payments
Payments for ResellSpot digital products are processed using the payment methods made available during checkout.
Prices shown at checkout are the prices charged for the ResellSpot digital product unless otherwise stated.
Any amount charged separately by a supplier, marketplace or purchasing agent for a physical product is not included in your ResellSpot purchase unless expressly stated otherwise.
Refunds
Because ResellSpot sells digital supplier/source access and related digital information, refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
Once digital access has been provided or accessed, refund rights may be limited as explained in the Refund Policy.
If a supplier/source becomes unavailable, ResellSpot may first attempt to provide an updated source, replacement source or other reasonable solution.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
Digital Content License
Digital content provided through ResellSpot is provided to the purchaser for personal use in connection with the Services.
Unless you have received written permission from ResellSpot, you may not:
- Publicly share or distribute ResellSpot supplier/source links
- Sell or redistribute access to ResellSpot digital products
- Copy or redistribute the ResellSpot Master Guide
- Share purchased account access with others
- Scrape, copy or reproduce substantial parts of ResellSpot's supplier/source database
- Circumvent technical measures designed to restrict access to purchased content
Unauthorized redistribution may result in suspension or termination of access where permitted by applicable law.
Account Access
Access to purchased digital products may depend on your ResellSpot account and the email address associated with your order.
You are responsible for ensuring that your checkout information is accurate.

We may ask you to provide information such as your order number and checkout email so we can verify the purchase.
Intellectual Property
